This is my view everyday for 40 minutes. The Improv show is something unique to anything I have edited before. I have multiple angles to work with and I have to switch to each one at the perfect time. The filming of the show honestly wasn't great and I had to work around a lot of filming mistakes and quite awful movement of the camera every two seconds. It was very hard to find the right angles at the right times. I did not have a lot to work with and it still is definitely not perfect. Next time I would like to play with the lighting settings so it is better quality. I had to do a lot of color correction work because of it.
I am still working on the improv show. I am done with the actual cut and switching. I have to color correct it and add title and credits and render it. It will hard to be judge the final project until it is done.
I am going to work on editing the improv show in Final Cut. I would like to learn how to use Final Cut a lot better than I do so I can make it easier for myself. You will know I have completed it when I am well into the show and have figured out a system for editing it. I don't really know how long it is going to take because I haven't done anything like this before. If you have a good tutorial for Final Cut then that would be great, but otherwise I don't really need anything.
I am going to do an Adobe Spark.
I have been working on the Advanced Drama Poster and working in Photoshop and how to make the poster with all the information making it catch the eye. We were challenged with the fonts we used so that we were readable yet it could catch your eye. we got a font and tweaked it a little by erasing part of it.
Now we are working on t shirts and getting ideas for designs.
For this Flash animation I experimented with tweening. I started with two circles and turned them into a star and used the gradient tool to change the color. Then, changed it into an oval and rotated them. Then, I changed them into a lot of stars and stretched them out. Then, I made them form my name at the end.
