Welcome to Isabella's Homepage
Joselyn and I are working on a project celebrating 72 years since the Holocaust officially ended but also to create awareness that this event was huge. Joselyn and I were doing a Social Studies project on Immigrants coming to the United States and we really took the project seriously. We had many ideas but in the end we a decided to do Immigrants from the holocaust. I myself knew quite a lot but I was always so desperate to find out more. Researching and looking at all the horrible pictures really impacted the three of us who were doing the project. So Jocelyn and I decided to do something special because we want to show the people how this event made a big dent in our world and we hope that it won't happen again.
This is my Ping Pong project. For my ping pong project I was really confused on what to do at first, I saw everybody making weird and wacky things but I wanted to take mine to the artsier side butI didn't know how to do it. So I got the inspiration by my friend Jocelyn because she had put a filter over her project and I wanted to do the same but I also wanted to keep the color of the sky so I decided to trim the trees and put a nice purple sky. Another thing in noticed a lot of people were doing was adding a lot of weird things to their poster so I decided to try it and it did not give me the result I wanted so I tried taking things out of the picture and that got me to the finishing product.
So after some hard work I've finished putting as many names I could find it was pretty hard looking for lists but one you found one there was loads of names. So it took me a long time to copy and paste only the names on this poster because there was so many more information I was reading I couldn't concentrate. This information included the way they died and that information in itself is pretty bad. There were many gas chamber deaths and A LOT of suicides. However this is not the end, I still have to figure out what I'm going to put for the quote in the middle.
So this is my final product, it looks pretty basic but it actually took a long time. Like I said in my previous picture, I'm actually not really surprised how it turned out I kind of expected this, and I'm a bit disappointed it too me this long for it to finish but I still like it.
These are just some of the pictures of the day I went to take picture a long time ago (September 26 2017). These pictures are one of the ones that I really like because the one on the left has a really pretty lighting. And the one on the right I like because it's taken on the exact moment the ball is being kicked.
